BLOG
Steve Aune AKA "Evangelist Spanky" "dj Spanky"
This is
my blog, it's brand new, this is the first day.
It' going to contain my thoughts on today, yesterday and tomorrow...
Let's start with today,
Thursday May 13, 2010 7:00 pm
Today,I spent most of the day working on my
facebook friends list. You would be surprised at how hard it is to think
of who my friends are. I'd be embarrassed for my friends to know
that I had a hard time remembering some of them.
Yesterday, I'm writing a book on my years publishing: "The Gospel
Trade", for those of you who do not know, I published the mag., from
1972 thru 1979. It was the first National Trade Magazine for the
Gospel and Christian Music Industry, more later. That's just one
of my yesterday projects I'm taking on.
Tomorrow. I'm going to continue working on promoting my new
record. "Going Back For A Lost Soul", the first single is ready, on MP3
titled: "The Colors In Texas". You can get a copy by clicking the
back home button at the top of this page and clicking on the Buy Now
button, Paypal.
That's it for today, I'll have more up
tomorrow... Steve "Spanky"

Today,
Man, I can see keeping up with this blog is going to be something I'm
going to have to put some muscle behind.
Today I worked on my web site, putting up pictures, changing the looks
and graphics of some pages. Big learning curve involved in keeping
up with this web technology. I enjoy it though.
Fellowshipping with God on a regular basis throughout the day. God
has been so good to me. Made some decisions with the bus, (I'm
remodeling the interior) getting ready to start painting and putting up
some new trim. A lot I do is done in my mind, thinking about my
book, "The Gospel Trade", wondering why I haven't had a song
writing spell lately, and the like.
Got a call from my friend Dan asking me to pick up some medicine for the
back operation he just had. He's doing fine and he's been a good
friend. Still getting the feel for "Face Book". Getting
ready to put together my "My Space" page and "You Tube".
Yesterday,
Thinking about my "Grand Old Gospel Time" days. Will write some
articles about that and include it in "The Gospel Trade". God
blessed me with some major accomplishments while was with the magazine.
Hopefully I'll be back tomorrow...Steve "Spanky"
